Planning Applications
Planning applications within Malvern Hills district are submitted to Malvern Hills District Council which decides whether or not to give permission for them to go ahead. The Town Council is a statutory consultee on all planning applications within its parish boundary. When a new planning application is submitted, it will appear on an agenda and the Town Council will discuss whether it wishes to recommend the application for approval, recommend the application for refusal or make a comment. The District Council however has the final say in determining whether or not to grant planning permission.
